MailToSheet Ai reads invoices, orders and receipts, including PDFs, photos and CSVs, and adds every line item to Google Sheets or Airtable as clean rows.
How it works
Set it up once. After that, every forwarded email lands in your sheet on its own.
Supplier invoices
Google Sheets

Invoice INV-4471 · $373.50
INV-4471.pdf*@northwind.coForward by hand, or set up auto-forwarding once in Gmail, Outlook or any mailbox. Only senders you approve are processed.
AI reads the email and every attachment. Each line item becomes its own row, with the invoice details repeated beside it.
Features
Built to be dependable: you choose the fields, approve the senders, and see what happened to every email.
PDFs, photos and scans, CSV, TXT and JSON files, and the email body. Up to 10 attachments per email.
Invoice number, vendor and date repeat on every row, ready to sum, filter and pivot.
Fields from your sample map to columns A, B, C. Change the mapping whenever you like.
Write to a sheet you share with us, or to an Airtable base with your own access token.
Each workflow has an allow list verified with SPF or DMARC, so spoofed mail is skipped.
Success, skipped or failed, always with the reason. Gmail forwarding codes show up here too.
Test the connection and insert a sample row while you set up, before real mail arrives.
Credits track AI usage. A typical document uses about 1,500, and the free plan includes 40,000 a month.
Who it's for

Give each source its own workflow, so orders, purchase orders and leads flow into the right sheet or Airtable base.
Start on the free plan and be live in minutes. Leads, receipts and orders land in a sheet you already use.

We process your email, write the rows and get out of the way.
We don't keep your messages once the rows are written.
Activity logs, including extracted data, are deleted automatically.
Airtable access tokens are stored encrypted and never shown again.
We only write to sheets your own account owns or can edit.
Mail must pass an SPF or DMARC check for an approved sender.
Deleting your account removes your data and cancels billing.

Upload a sample document when you create a workflow and pick the fields you want. In Google Sheets they fill columns A, B, C… in that order; in Airtable they go to the fields with the same names. You can change the mapping at any time.
Nothing disappears silently. The email is logged as skipped or failed with the reason, for example a sender that isn't on the workflow's allowed list or an account that has run out of credits.
