We do not store any information from the emails you send to our system. We simply transform the data using our AI models and push the extracted results directly to your configured destination (e.g. Google Sheets, Airtable). Once the data is pushed, the email content is discarded from our processing memory.

We retain account information for as long as your account is active. Workflow logs may be retained for a limited period to allow you to audit your usage, after which they may be deleted or anonymized.
We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data. However, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security.
You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. You may delete your account at any time from the dashboard settings, which will remove your data from our active systems.
