1. Data Collection

We collect information you provide directly to us, including via the creation of your account (email, name) and the data you process through our Service. Specifically, we process email content and attachments you send to our system for the purpose of extraction.

2. Processing of Email Data

Emails sent to your workflow addresses are held in our processing queue only until they have been processed, and are deleted as soon as processing finishes (whether it succeeded or not). The email text and attachments are sent to OpenAI to extract the fields you chose, and the results are written to your configured destination (e.g. Google Sheets, Airtable).

Your activity log keeps the sender, subject and extracted data of each email for 30 days so you can check results. Log entries are then deleted automatically.

3. Third-Party Service Providers

We use trusted third-party providers to operate our business:

• OpenAI: For AI processing and data extraction.
• Google and Airtable: To write extracted data to the destinations you connect.
• Paddle: For payment processing and billing.
• Cloudflare: For security (Turnstile) and content delivery.
• Google Analytics: For site analytics, only with your consent.
• MongoDB/Redis: For data storage and queuing.

4. Cookies & Analytics

We use a sign-in cookie to keep you logged in. With your consent, we also use Google Analytics to understand how the site is used; it is only loaded after you click "Accept" in the cookie banner. You can change your choice at any time with the "Cookie settings" link in the site footer.

5. Data Retention

We retain account information for as long as your account is active. Activity log entries, including extracted data, are deleted automatically after 30 days. Email contents are deleted as soon as they have been processed.

6. Security

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data. However, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Your Rights

You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. You may delete your account at any time from Settings → Security in the dashboard. This cancels any subscription and permanently removes your account, workflows and activity logs.
