1. Refund Eligibility

We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for all initial subscription purchases. If you are not satisfied with the service, you can request a full refund within 7 days of your initial purchase.

Recurring subscription renewals are generally non-refundable unless there was a billing error or you requested cancellation before the renewal date but it was not processed in time.

2. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact our support team at support@tinymail.dev with your order ID and the email address associated with your account.

We will review your request and process verified refunds within 5-10 business days.

3. Non-Refundable Items

Exceptions to our refund policy include:

  • Requests made after 7 days from the purchase date.
  • Accounts that have utilized a significant portion (>50%) of their monthly credits or tokens before requesting a refund.
  • Add-on credit packs or one-time purchases once they have been partially or fully used.

4. Merchant of Record

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

5. Cancellations

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard. Cancellation stops future billing, but you will retain access to the service until the end of your current billing period.
